The Challenge:
An independent pub approached us to design their summer menu. Their kitchen had limited space, storage, and equipment, and they needed a menu that was profitable, aligned with their brand, and realistic for their team to deliver.
Our Approach:
We created the full menu, wrote all recipes and methods, and trained the kitchen staff on preparation, cooking, and service. The menu was carefully engineered to utilise existing stock while maintaining consistency and efficiency.

The Belfry Hotel & Resort was hosting the Betfred British Masters 2025 and required additional support in their brand-new Masters Suite, specifically within the 72 Lounge, to help deliver a high-quality daily food offering for guests.
Our chefs provided kitchen support services, working seamlessly alongside The Belfry’s culinary team. From prep to service, we ensured smooth operations and consistent delivery that matched the high standards the resort is known for. Our role was to be flexible, dependable, and ready to meet the demands of such a prestigious event.
